1. A warm shower bath works best. Spending 10 to 15 minutes in warm shower in the morning is one of the practices to get good skin naturally. While hot shower may be harmful and cause dryness, warm shower feels gentle on skin and maintains the natural oil on your body.

2. Use a good moisturizer after you wash your face. It will help you locking water near the dermis, thus adding more to the glow. In fact, the moisturizer will also help you in preventing wrinkles by minimizing excess of moistness. And if you want to, you can apply the moisturizer all over your body to prevent dryness due to itching.

3. Replace your soap with a qualitative cleanser. Usually, a soap is made with fatty acids and oils. Interestingly, a cleanser is made with partially synthetic materials. Both will help in building up lather and cleaning your skin, however, unlike the soap, the cleanser will maintain natural moisture in your skin, prevent flaking, itching as well as scaling.

4. Use an appropriate shaving technique. If you are using a multi-blade razor, make sure you don’t shave too closely to your skin. It will be advisable to change the blades regularly. Also using an aftershave is a must.
