Please make sure that the billing address you provide matches the billing address your payment provider has on file, or your order will be cancelled. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is provided as the shipping address for your order, your order will be cancelled.
Orders placed will ship within 1-3 business days; may take up to 7 business days during restocks and new product launches.
We are not responsible for carrier or custom delays, or lost packages.
Any packages returned due to incorrect address will be refunded, minus shipping charges.
If there are any issues with the contents of your package, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package.
